It’s challenging to identify truly healthy and species-appropriate animal products produced fairly and sustainably with E2E. Middlemen take significant margins, preventing money from reaching those providing additional services.
We believe consumers are willing to pay more for guaranteed good products. However, only a portion of the money reaches the manufacturers and farmers. We aim for all links in the supply chain to be treated, paid, and informed fairly and transparently. While plant-based products are an option, their origins should also be sustainable, fair, and transparent to ensure global climate benefits. Regional and organic labels often fail to optimize animal husbandry, fair payments, or climate benefits. These designations do not always mean healthier, sustainable, or better for humans and animals, especially when intermediaries profit significantly from these ‘organic’ brand strategies.
